Korean Egg Bread


(Adapted from

For batter:
¾ cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg, lightly beaten
½ cup fresh milk
4 tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

For topping:
6 small eggs
4 slices of ham (chopped into small pieces)
some salt
dried parsley flakes (optional)
some ground pepper
