Lasagne

Ingredients: 

Lasagne sheets
Chicken Kheemo
Lasan adrak paste
Namak
Red chilly powder
Oil
Water
Spinach
Capsicum (only 1 or 2, optional)
Pepper
Paneer
Ragu brand red pasta sauce (chunky mushroom flavour)
Tomatoes
Mozzarella
Cheddar cheese
Aubergine
Butter
Maida
Milk


Cheese:
Grate mozarella and cheddar cheese.

Kheemo chicken:
Lasan, adrak, namak, green chilly/red chilly powder, 1 tsp oil, salt, water. Cook kheemo till dry. Buy more kheema it will decrease in size when it cooks.

Spinach:
Spinach. Wash. Cut finely. Add capsicum, 1 or 2. Chop finely. Salt. Pepper. Ricotta cheese or crumbled paneer, half cube. Add egg (2 Raw egg). If you add the egg, you don't need white sauce. Spinach does not have to be cooked. Just chop finely and add raw.

Brinjal:
Cut into sound slices and fry.

Red Sauce:
Buy Ragu brand pasta sauce. Chunky mushroom flavour. Take it out and heat it. Add more tomato sauce to it. Or take tomatoes, boil, make puree. Cook for a bit until tomato is cooked. Have to add this to the pasta only if it's hot. Add water if necessary.

Bechamel Sauce:
4 tbsp maida. Seko it.It should not turn brown. 4 to 5 cups of milk. Stir it very well. Increase heat. Stir very well so that it doesn't become lumpy. Still till you get the right consistency. Close stove. Salt. Pepper. Cheese (bit of both cheeses). Add more or less milk to get the right consistency that you want.

Baking instructions:
Temperature and time for baking to be followed as specified on pasta sheet box.
