1 cup rolled oats
1 cup brown rice crisp cereal
1/4-1/2 cup protein powder* see note
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup brown rice syrup*
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter* (lightly sweetened like Trader Joe’s or Sunbutter)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
