Lemon Meringue Pie


1 premade pie crust, baked according to package directions
For the Lemon Filling:
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 - 14 oz can condensed milk
4 egg yolks
For the Meringue:
4 egg whites
2 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of cream of tarter
