Ingredients: 

-Brisket-
2 T olive oil
2 - 3 lb beef brisket
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, thinly sliced
14 oz can organic beef broth
½ c white wine
2 T lemon juice
½ c chopped parsley

-Potatoes-
2 c chopped sweet potatoes
2 T extra virgin olive
Salt and pepper to taste
