Lemon Pepper Veggie Burger Sliders

Ingredients: 

1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 can cannellini beans, drained
1 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoons raw sunflower or hemp seeds
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (or substitute with another herb like cilantro or basil)
1/4 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons flour (any variety, wheat or gluten free)
Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup for a hint of sweetness
Toppings: Vegenaise, sliced heirloom tomato, kale and Dijon mustard... whatever your heart desires!
