Ingredients: 

TANDOORI CHICKEN
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs)
3 1/2 tablespoons tandoori paste
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons low fat plain yogurt
SAUCE
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1 (1 inch) cube fresh ginger, finely grated
1 fresh green chili pepper, seeded & finely chopped
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon sugar or Xylo-sweet
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 cup whipping cream or half & half
