Light Garlic Bread

Notes: 

So good, makes enough for very light spread. Don't bother boiling garlic, just use garlic press.

Ingredients: 

4 large cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 baguette or 1/3rd loaf Italian bread, cut in half lengthwise
