2 bay leaves
% teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach,
thawed, squeezed dry, and chopped fine
1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated (about 1/2 cup)

LAYERS
8 ounces whole-milk cottage cheese
(about 1 cup)
1 large egg _
1/4 teaspoon salt ‘
12 no-boil lasagna noodles
2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated (about 1 cup)
6 ounces Italian fontina cheese, shredded
(about 1-1/2 cups)
