Lime coconut squares

Notes: 

To toast coconut, spread evenly on a baking tray and bake for about 5 minutes at 350 F or until fragrant.

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt

TOPPING

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon grated lime rind
¼ cup lime juice
½ cup toasted coconut
3 tablespoons icing sugar
