Loaded Chocolate Hazelnut Liquor Turnovers with Salted Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream

Ingredients: 

Piecrust (or two store-bought crusts - 1pkg)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, cold
1/2 cup cold buttermilk
2 tablespoons hazelnut liquor

Filling:
8 ounces dark chocolate, broken into chunks
1 tablespoon instant coffee
sea salt, for sprinkling
1 egg, beaten
granulated sugar or raw sugar, for sprinkling
powdered sugar, for dusting

Salted vanilla bean whipped cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons hazelnut salted liquor
seeds from 1 vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
pinch or sea salt

Butter toasted almonds:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons hazelnut liquor
pinch of salt
