Low-Carb Donburi Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients: 

1 large egg
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1/4 cup dashi stock
1 splenda packet
1 tbsp canola oil
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Stir fry onions in oil until translucent.
  2. Add cabbage.
  3. Add dashi stock and splenda. Cook until desired cabbage firmness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Whisk egg and pour into the pan. 
  5. Cook until egg is done.
