Low Carb Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients: 

1 scoop Protein
2 tablespoons flaxseed
3 egg whites
1/4 cup pumpkin
Stevia to taste
Pinch of baking powder
Vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, flavor drops


  1. Blend all and bake in a mini pie dish at 350 for about 20 minutes.
  2. Awesome topped with nut butter!
