1 cup fresh or steamed green peas

1 small avocado or 1/2 large

1 lime juice

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

3 chives or 1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1/4-1/2 jalapeño pepper, chopped (optional, but it’s part of traditional recipe)

**Sea salt if desired
