3 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 kiwi, peeled
1/4 cup kidney beans
1/8 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon flaxmeal
3/4 cup cold water
