Butternut squash
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup dark rum
Peel and cut squash and add to pot. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Cook until tender. Transfer to dish and continue boiling liquid until thickened and pour over squash.
