Mapo Tofu

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 pound beef crumbles or meat substitute
1 (15 oz) package Firm Tofu, diced into 1/2-inch cubes
1 green onions, chopped

Ingredient for the Mapo Tofu Sauce:
1 tablespoon Chili Bean Sauce (ToBan Djan 辣豆瓣醬)
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon ShaoHsing rice wine
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon corn starch
2 tablespoons water
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
