Marinated chicken with date cous cous

Cous cous was a bit gluggy. Try making in thermoserver and just adding date mix.

Ingredients: 

4 Chicken thigh fillets cut into pieces
170 grams onion
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 clove garlic
60 grams olive oil
3 teaspoons vegetable stock paste
400 grams water
70 grams dates
200 grams cous cous
2 teaspoons corn flour
50 grams toasted almonds
parsley
