Marmalade Soy Wings


* Yield: 8 servings

* Uncooked chicken wing sections (wingettes) may be substituted for whole chicken wings.

* Enjoy this recipe with a medium-bodied white wine such as Riesling

* Reduce the amount of soy sauce (even by half). Add 2 teaspoons pepper flakes to make more spicy.

* Marinade is also good on grilled or broiled pork loin


15 whole chicken wings (about 3 pounds)
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup orange marmalade
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
