Matza Balls

Mum fills them with minced meat and onion, but you don't have to do that, in my opinion too much work.
This makes aprox 15 balls so should be enough for all of you.


1 egg beaten in a bowl
3/4 cup of water
1 Table spoon of oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 cup matza flour

Mix all together in bowl   Add Aprox 1 cup of Matza flour (I like to use the fine matzah flour, but that is up to you and what you can find) Keep mixing until you have a sticky mixture.  Might have to add some more Matzah or not use the whole amount. Let it sit for a few min while the chicken soup boils. Form balls, I like the size that fits in my palm. Drop into the soup and let cook while simmering for around 10 min until the double in size almost.
