Ingredients:

8 lbs of hamburger
6 to 8 bread slices
2 eggs
1/2 onion
1/2 cup milk

Sauce:
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the fist four ingredients in a bowl. Do not over mix.
Place meat mixture in a baking dish and bake for an hour or until the internal temp. reaches 165 degrees.

* You might have to drain off some the grease through out the baking process.

Sauce:

Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, dried mustard, and nutmeg.
Add half of the sauce to the meat mixture a half hour before the meat mixture is done.
Use the other half for dipping.
