Melon Popsicle Recipe

Notes: 

Use ripe and tasty melon. Powdered sugar can be added about 1/8 to 1/4 cup should be plenty. Use citrus juice and zest. I used a little salt with cantaloupe. Lime and a small handful of basil worked great with watermelon.

Ingredients: 

1 melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, or honeydew)
4 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice per honeydew-size melon (optional) and zest. Zest fruit before juicing

Popsicle molds (or popsicle sticks & 3 oz Dixie cups, or ice cube trays with toothpicks)
