(16 ounces)

small curd cottage cheese

plum tomatoes, seeded and diced

(I don't bother to seed and it is fine.)
1 (3 ounce) can

chopped

green chilies, drained

green onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon

hot pepper sauce
3/4 teaspoon

dried oregano
1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro or 1 1/2 tablespoons

parsley
1/2 teaspoon

salt
1/2 teaspoon

pepper
3/4 to taste

salsa, for topping

(optional)
