1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 Poblano pepper
3 tbsp olive oil

For the Guacamole

2 avocados
1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
1/4 cup Roma tomato chopped
1/4 cup onions chopped
1 jalapeno pepper finely diced (optional)
Juice of ½ lime
1 tsp salt
