2 pkg. crescent rolls
16 oz. can refried beans
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
6 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. diced tomato
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Salsa if desired
Unroll and press crescent rolls dough crosswise in a 15 x 10 inch cookie sheet. Press to seal perforations. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Spread beans over cooled dough. Combine sour cream and taco seasonings. Spread over beans. Add the rest of the ingredients over the top. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
