1/4 tsp. salt
8 Tbs. (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
3 Tbs. ice water, plus more as needed
1 cup Meyer lemon curd
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 thin lemon slices, each cut into quarters (optional)
