1 pkg. (1.4 oz pkg.) sugar free,instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
