Ingredients: 

1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water (or more almond milk)
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp hemp seeds (or nut of choice)
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raisins
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more because cinnamon is amazing)
1 scoop Life’s Basics Plant Protein in Vanilla (optional but creeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaamy goodness)
Ice, lots of ice.
