1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
4 (6-oz) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 C prechopped onion
2 tsp bottled minced garlic
3/4 C dried mixed fruit
1/2 C dry white wine
1/2 C fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 C chopped pitted green olives
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 Servings of couscous or pasta
