Ingredients:

In the pot put:
3-4 T of oil
2 finely chopped fresh tomatoes
2 finely chopped red peppers
4 garlic cloves crushed
1 can of drained chickpeas
¼ cup of oil
1 cup of water
1 heaped T of sweet paprika
1 heaped T of Cumin
1 flat T of ground coriander
¼ t spicy paprika or chili powder
1 t salt
1/2 bunch of finely chopped fresh cilantro

  1. In the pot put:

3-4 T of oil

2 finely chopped fresh tomatoes

2 finely chopped red peppers

4 garlic cloves crushed

1 can of drained chickpeas

For the sauce mix all in a small bowl:

¼ cup of oil

1 cup of water

1 heaped T of sweet paprika

1 heaped T of Cumin

1 flat T of ground coriander

¼ t spicy paprika or chili powder

1 t salt

1/2 bunch of finely chopped fresh coriander (Kusbara) to sprinkle on the top after  you add the sauce

The water should not cover the fish, it will shrink when cooked. You can add water if necessary.

Cook for around half an hour, fish cooks quickly.

Serve with couscous usually, but during Passover we use rice instead since rice is not a wheat grain.
