Multigrain Bread

Ingredients: 

8 ozs/240 gs bread flour
4 ozs/120 gs whole wheat flour
3 ozs/90 gs rolled oats
3 ozs/90 gs corn grits
2 ozs/60 gs buckwheat flour
1 oz/30 gs flax seeds
12 ozs/340 gs water
2 tsps/10 gs kosher salt
1 tsp/3 gs active dry yeast (if you need a fast rise, you can double this)
sunflour seeds, more rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, as needed for garnish
