Murchu (Green Pepper) Shak

Serves 2-3 people


Green Peppers: 1 and 2/3 cup loosely packed - cut into rectangles about 1" x 0.5" (about 1 large green pepper)
Oil: 3 tbsp
Chana-nu-lott: 1/2 cup
Rye: 1 tsp
Adu: full 1/2 tsp (frozen, packed down)
Lasun (garlic): full 2 tsp (frozen, packed down)
Murchu: 2 tsp (frozen)
Jiru: 1 tsp
Powder dhana: full 2 tsp
Lal Murchu: 3/4 tsp
Arudh: full 1 tsp
Salt: full 1 tsp (may need a little more)
Sugar: 3 full tsp
Crushed peanuts: 5 full tsp
Dhara (cilantro): to garnish
