We made this for an Indian themed dinner party, and it was quite tasty. We didn't grill them, though--either baked or cooked on the stove on a grill-top.

1 cup warm water
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons salt
