Nama's Peach Cobbler

Ingredients: 

1 large can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 Cup self rising flour
1 Cup sugar
I Cup milk
1/2 to 3/4 stick of butter


Melt butter and coat sides of corning wear 2-3 qt bowl
Mix milk, flour and sugar well, pour in the middle of the melted butter, drain about 1/3 of the syrup off the peaches, pour remaining in the middle of the milk mixture. Gently push the peaches towards the edges of the pot. Bake 350 for 45 min to an hour until brown and bubbly. Let sit 10-15 mins. Serve warm with ice-cream
