½ large onion, diced
½ cup celery, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
⅛ teaspoon Zatarain’s crawfish boil seasoning, liquid concentrate or powder*
1½ Tablespoons creole mustard*
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
⅓ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
