No-Bake Double Chocolate Super Amazing Granola Bars

Ingredients: 

1 cup rolled oats
4 Tbsp chia seeds
5 Brazil nuts, chopped
2 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, melted
2 - 2 1/2 Tbsp peanut or almond butter, salted
3 pinches pink salt
1/2 tsp turmeric (optional - sub cinnamon)
3/4 cup sprouted raw pumpkin seeds, salted
1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 Tbsp mini vegan chocolate chips
2 Tbsp - 1/3 cup maple syrup, grade B (or agave or brown rice syrup)
*I used a bit too much sweetener for my bars - they were amazing but more dessert-y. I would use only 2 Tbsp next time! For a more desert-y bar, use 1/3 cup.

chocolate drizzle on top:
1-2 Tbsp semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips
1-1 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
