No-Knead Dutch Oven Bread

Ingredients: 

3 cups all purpose flour
1 packet dry active yeast
1.5 cups warm water
1.5 tsp salt

Optional: toppings like olive oil and rosemary, cinnamon, etc.


Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in water--dough will be a sticky mess. Pull out your spoon, and cover bowl. Let dough rise 8-18 hours at room temperature (at least 70F). Preheat oven to 450F and "cook" empty Dutch oven and lid for 30 mins. Plop dough into the oven, and cook covered for 30 mins. Remove lid, and continue cooking 10-15 mins. Let bread rest on a bread rack for 30 mins.
