1 ¼ cups Brazil nuts
6 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 ½ tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 ½ tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos or low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons beef style seasoning
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1 cup vegetarian sausage crumbles (optional)
