2 cups oatmeal
2 large bananas
1 large egg
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup water
2 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
2 scoops unflavored whey protein
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8x8 pan with non stick spray.
2.Line bottom of pan with sliced bananas.
3.Evenly spread on oatmeal.
4.Sprinkle berries evenly.
5. In a medium bowl mix milk, protein, water,egg and honey, pour over oatmeal.
6. Garnish with chopped walnuts
7. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until oatmeal bake begins to firm up.
