These pancakes can be frozen, simply reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds-1 minute.

Ingredients: 

1 cup old-fashioned oats (gluten-free)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ripe medium bananas, cut into chunks
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
About 50-60 (2 tablespoons) chocolate chips, vegan if you prefer

These didn't set for me. The second batch I added Br Rice and Tapioca flour. I also added an egg, which of course does not make them vegan. Much better.
