Oatmeal Pancake

This recipe makes a single serving pancake. It's rather large, so you may want to divide your pancake batter just to avoid breaking your whole pancake!

cook on a greased medium sized skilled for about three minutes. flip over and cook for two minutes. tastes excellent with cinnamon, fresh fruit, and maple syrup.

1/3 cup old fashioned oats (or 1/6 oat bran and 1/6 dry oats)
1/3 cup egg whites
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (vanilla chobani is super yummy for this)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
