1 cup whole milk, warmed to 110F
½ cup Grandmas unsulfured molasses
⅓ cup vital wheat gluten
5⅔ cups to 6⅔ cups King Arthur white whole wheat flour
½ cup melted butter cooled to room temperature
2 teaspoons kosher salt
