1 cup (220g / 7.75 ounces) granulated sugar
3 large eggs, lightly whisked
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (225g / 8 ounces) halved pecans
