One Pan Chicken Pasta with Chardonnay Wine Sauce

Ingredients: 

8oz penne pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp crushed red pepper
¼ C butter
½ C Barefoot Chardonnay
1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
½ C grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp half and half
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
salt and ground pepper for sprinkling the chicken
fresh parsley for garnish
