¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
¼ teaspoon white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons sesame oil
⅛ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1½ teaspoons light soy sauce
¾ lb skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon and 1 ½ teaspoons potato starch
1 ½ teaspoons rice flour
Oil for frying
