Ingredients: 

2 1/2 lb bone-in chicken breast halves
2 6 oz drumsticks
2 6 oz chicken thighs
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
2 tsp dried sage
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 1/3 cups cornflake crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/3 cup fat-free buttermilk
1 tbsp butter
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 tsp black pepper
