1/2 of a 14 oz pkg Thai Kitchen Stir-Fry Rice Noodles (International Foods)
1 jar (8 oz) Thai Kitchen Original Pad Thai Sauce (International Foods)
1/4 cup Food You Feel Good About Thai Culinary Stock
1 pkg (16 oz) Food You Feel Good About Raw Shrimp (41-50 ct), peeled and deveined
1 pkg (8 oz) Food You Feel Good About Bean Sprouts
1 bunch green onions, trimmed, diced pieces (about 1 cup)
1 Tbsp 2 tsp Wegmans Vegetable Oil, divided
2 Wegmans Large Egg
1/2 large onion, 1/4-inch slices (about 1 cup)
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
