Ingredients: 

Para el fermento: ½ sobre de levadura de panadería, 170 gr de harina de fuerza, 4 gr de sal, 118 ml de agua

Para la masa final: 100 gr del fermento previo, 235 gr de harina de fuerza, 35 gr de harina de maíz, 20 gr de harina de centeno, 50 gr de harina integral, 85 gr de mezcla de semillas, 10 gr de azúcar, 8 gr de sal, 1 sobre de levadura de panadería, 235 ml de agua.
