1 20 ounce package fresh or frozen cheese ravioli
1 1/2 cups (8 oz) frozen peas
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 ounces arugula (3 packed cups)
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh mint
