Pan-Seared Shrimp Tacos

Notes: 

Mash avocado. Add lime juice and salsa. Set Aside

In bowl, Add shrimp, chile powder and 1/4 t. salt. Mix well.

In sauté pan, pour olive oil and heat on medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté until shrimp is opaque and cooked.

Serves 4. Each serving is 2 tacos which equals 320 cal.

1 Hass Avocado
1 T Fresh Lime juice
1 T salsa, chunky
1 lb. peeled, deveined large shrimp
1 1/2 t. chile powder
1 T olive oil
8 corn tortillas
Shredded Romaine Lettuce
